Happy Canada Day! Get ready to celebrate. I have baked up a couple of batches of focaccia ready to be nibbled on while the BBQ is heating up, and for dessert... a pile of red and white cupcakes. Enjoy, relax and celebrate being Canadian. Red and white all the way! Fireworks should be good tonight if the rain holds out.

PSI Nepean Physiotherapy Clinic celebrated a day of Customer Appreciation on Thursday May 28th, 2015. Their clients were treated to delectable cupcakes which were "a hit". Carol at the clinic wrote: Thank you for the cupcakes – they were a real “hit” again. I will probably need to order 4 dozen next Appreciation Day. Thank you. Enjoy the weekend! Carol"
Biscotti Galore!

This weekend was time for a biscotti bake fest. I made 4 different flavours, almond, anise, chocolate chip and peanut butter. Mounds and mounds of crunchy biscotti was the result of an afternoon of Sunday baking. So yummy, great with a cup of strong coffee. Ciao!

Today, 2 local Physiotherapy clinics are celebrating "Customer Appreciation Day" and their clients will be enjoying tasty cupcakes.
Celebrating 40 years

I was very busy this week, working on a CBI HEALTH GROUP corporate event for their 40th year in the physiotherapy business. I baked 5 different flavours (red velvet, white velvet, salted caramel, cookies 'n cream, and lemon with lemon curd filling) in large quantities. I made 17 dozen in total. The cupcakes were well received, and disappeared quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with how things went, and was thrilled to hear the feedback from people that were at the 9 location event.
