Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you encounter an issue with our product, please contact us.

For local orders we can arrange with our customers for delivery or pick up.

For all other orders that will be shipped out, we ship with expedited and express courier service. We ship to have your product to you within a few days, or if it is for a future event, we ship to arrive just ahead of your event, wedding or party.

SHIPPING INFORMATION and updates will be sent to the customer after purchase has been made.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS will be sent to customers in the form of a pdf/jpg format file. If we need to add any customization to the file, we will make those changes, and send a design proof to the customer via email
