CBI & PSI Physiotherapy are celebrating Canada Day in style! I made 144 Canadian red and white themed cakepops, and 312 red maple leaf adorned red velvet cupcakes for their lucky clientele. By the time I was done I was definitely feeling very patriotic. Happy Canada Day to all of you!

It has been a while since posting here. WOW how time flies! Life is always busy, and there just seems to never be enough hours in the day to complete what I have to do, what I should do, and what I Iike to do. If I keep this up, I need to live at least another 100 years! I have been doing plenty of baking and learning. Looking forward to a few big projects in the future!
Saturday October 17, 2015 ....Wedding Time!

Leading up to Saturday October 17th was a very busy time for me. I baked 10 dozen cupcakes and created a beautiful ruffled fondant cake for a very special bride and her groom. The cake was time consuming to make, but the end result was worth it. At the venue, when all was in place, it looked very nice. Their guests had an assortment of cupcakes to choose from and a frilly wedding cake to enjoy. The interior of the cake was 2 layers of decadent chocolate and 2 layers of white velvet cake, separated by creamy white buttercream.
