Happy Canada Day! Get ready to celebrate. I have baked up a couple of batches of focaccia ready to be nibbled on while the BBQ is heating up, and for dessert... a pile of red and white cupcakes. PSI Nepean Physiotherapy Clinic celebrated a day of Customer Appreciation on Thursday May 28th, 2015. Their clients were treated to delectable cupcakes which were "a hit". Biscotti Galore!

This weekend was time for a biscotti bake fest. I made 4 different flavours, almond, anise, chocolate chip and peanut butter. Mounds and mounds of crunchy biscotti was the result of an afternoon of Sunday baking. So yummy, great with a cup of strong coffee. Ciao!

Celebrating 40 years

I was very busy this week, working on a CBI HEALTH GROUP  corporate event for their 40th year in the physiotherapy business. I baked 5 different flavours (red velvet, white velvet, salted caramel, cookies 'n cream, and lemon with lemon curd filling) in large quantities. I made 17 dozen in total. The cupcakes were well received, and disappeared quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with how things went, and was thrilled to hear the feedback from people that were at the 9 location event.
